I don't know.. its just that that song "Downtown" was just on, and I was wondering if it was true for you!

Hey all I need to survive is pizza and toilet paper, and I think they do have that downtown.

Not in my town all that's left are pawn shops and community groups.Oh yes and Historic buildings that are full of mold and probably asbestos. They closed the movie theater about 2weeks ago and the last bar has been gone for about 5 months. All the good stuff is on the outskirts where the new homes are.

Our downtown is NICE! (Traverse City, Michigan)

AND - I'd go there at night! The bookstore would still be open - they have great cappucino (not that I'd have one this late!), and sometimes live music in the lower level.
