How do I record a message on my phone for people to leave a message after the beep, when I am not available?? Thanks!

Press and hold the "1" key. It will take you to your voicemail. Listen to the voice prompts, and it will tell you which key to press to take you to your options, then it will tell you which key to press to record your greeting. Your greeting is what your callers will hear before they leave a message.

Hold down the number 1 for a few seconds and then follow instructions.
