I would hug you, give you a kiss on the cheek, rub your back and tell you everything will be okay, and ask if you need to talk. If you said no, then I would convince you to talk to me about it.

Hey Ace, I'm sorry you're so blue at the moment buddy !! Cheer up, I've got an idea, have you been eating properly lately?? Bet you've been stressing bout wotever too?? I think you're probably just suffering a bit cos you don't have enough vitamin B12 in your body at the moment!!
The B group of vitamins is a water soluble group of vitamins. Therefore, our bodies cant produce or store them. You need to eat more foods rich in these vitamins each and every day or suffer all sorts of ailments. The recommended daily allowance for B12 is 2mcg for adults.
Foods rich in this vitamin are yeast, liver, eggs, milk cheese and fish, kidney and pork. If you are a vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products from your diet , then you need vitamin B supplementation. Go to the chemist and ask the pharmacist to recommend a really good quality multivitamin tablet for your age group, containing all the B vitamins. Dont buy the B vitamins individually as they work best synergistically (as a group). Don't buy synthetic vitamins as they are notoriously hard to digest (they're the reall cheap and nasty ones!!) Expect to pay around $25.00 AUD for about a months supply.
Other symptoms you may be suffering from which are also B12 deficiencies are:
Inability to concentrate, moodiness, irritability, dizziness, chest pains palpitations, head and hand sweats, headaches and migraines, impaired balance and fatigue and exhaustion. So too is nausea and general body aches and pains.
So.......... go go go, get cracking, get those vitamins into you boy !!! Happiness is just a vitamin tablet away. Also, for B12 to be properly assimilated(absorbed) through the stomach it is necessary to be combined with calcium during absorption to adequately benefit the body. One really good trick to get a quick hit of B12 is to have a drink of fortified soya milk. Jus read the side of the carton and it will itemise how much B12 is in each serve. You need at least 2mcg per day. Don't stress if you have more cos any excess will simply get excreted in you urine !! ......................:0)
GOOD HEALTH 2 U
