Open from ?? (am or pm) until 10 (am or pm).

That is the preferred method.

Open to 10 is incorrect. Listen to the harshness as you say it. That is usually an indicator that the verbage is incorrect.

I don't think either is incorrect, but open until 10 sounds better to me.

The correct way to word it would be "open until 10pm. The other way would work but the way I am suggesting sounds better. Good question. Take care.

Either or they both look ok. Now this is the question you should have asked. If 7eleven is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year how come they have locks on the door?

It would be best if you would just say OPEN: MON-FRI. 9-10
SAT 10am-6pm SUN: CLOSED. It all depends on what store your opening and what you want it to be.
