Memory was something you lost with age
An application was something used for employment
A program was a tv. show
A cursor was someone who used profanity
A web was a spider's home
A virus was otherwise known as the flu
A hard drive was a very long car ride
A mouse pad was where the mouse lived
And if you had a 3 inch floppy, you certainly hoped no one would notice.

Ha ha...unfortunately I do. And here's a few remember when's:
Cell phones actually were attatched by a cord to a breifcase looking thing you had to carry around
Pagers were as big as garage door openers

Yes. But now I can worry about the 3 inch floppy once again. (hey, what happened to my 5.25 incher??)
Maybe all the newer definitions will become obsolete too, and we can go back to the way things were.
It would certainly be cheaper, and hardware would once again be something you buy at ACE.
