Been to every Mc D's in my town and one on may way travling and they always say there machine is broke. I need to get there complaint # to call.

When I worked at McDonalds' that stupid machine broke down every other day. Customers were always yelling at me like it was my fault. Maybe if you call and enough other people do they will finally hire some extra maintenance people or something.

Yup,our local McDonalds restaurants,shake machines are always broken down! It really makes me mad too,especially during the summertime. Since our local McDonalds can't get their act together,I go to our local Arby's and get their shakes which are bigger and taste much better,especially their strawberry shakes!! ;-)

Go on McDonalds.com and file a complaint. I would love to complain about the hoodrats they hire at the ones near my house.

Yep, it really pisses me off because if I ever order one, I'm really in the mood. It sucks bad. It happens to me more often near closing time. They wanna get the hell outa that hell hole.
