Probably not for that price. Britax makes some great covers for both genders, but their seats are usually over $200 each. The quality and safety features that go above and beyond federal standards are well worth the extra $$ though.

All seats sold in the US are "safe" but consider safety over "cute" first. Fortunately, in my opinion, the best "boy seats" are also considered some of the safest, easiest to use, longest lasting and most user friendly - Britax Marathon.
It is not safe and voids the manufacturer's warranty to add an after market cover to a car seat, no matter how cute. Adding a cover introduces fabrics that are potentially flammable, the "custom" cover may interfere with the proper use of the harness and may add additional padding which can compact with the force of an accident and cause possible ejection. Some seat manufacturers sell replacement covers but for the most part what you see is what you get, do not count on being able to change out the cover with a "custom" or "boutique" seat cover.
Note: Consumer Reports are not considered a reliable source of car seat data or review. Their testing conditions are questionable, reporting can be sensationalized and they do not take in to consideration ease of use, longevity of seat use or safest practice.

We just bought the Alpha Omega Elite by Cosco that's a converitble carseat. Although there aren't alot of prints. We got black, but they have blue. It's a little more pricey though, $150, it's hard to find convertible carseats around $100.

I have an 8 1/2 month old daughter and wanted a "cute" carseat....until I read the safety ratings by Consumer Reports that is. We got the one of the convertible seats that did the best in the ratings...better than any of the Britax seats I might add(and I wanted the Marathon originally) No, Its not girly like I wanted, might be something you like for your son, its black and tan. The Evenflo Triumph Deluxe. Its cozy, has a ton of removable padding that comes with it so you can make smaller babies comfy, and not expensive.

Read the reviews at Target.com for yourself! Its a great buy for the price and my daughter acts like its her throne!

The Britax Marathon I think it is, comes in a lovely blue cover with sports themes on it. It's beautiful, in a boyish way. LOL
Consumer Reports is not at all a reliable source of carseat information, FYI.

With graco you can buy a carseat then get different covers for them. You do have to order them online or through a catalogue. But you can get pretty much anything you can imagine

I agree with laundrygirl about the britax seats, they are great and although they are pricey they are worth the money. ours has lasted through 3 girls and will hopefully make it to a 4th baby!
We get car seat covers here are some websites, they should fit most car seats I believe:

particular to me they're the suitable deal, you ought to use them as babies and babies, and that they seem plenty greater delicate. you may keep it rear dealing with, as long as you want rather, yet in no way forward in the previous 20 pounds AND 300 and sixty 5 days outdated, particular to the two no longer one or the different. they are asserting you may keep them rear dealing with even after 300 and sixty 5 days yet i be attentive to plenty mom and dad turn them around so they might see the worldwide and each little thing. i like Britax, they're a splash on the better fee end yet my sis has one and her toddler loves it, its so comfortable and massive, mine is a superb-flo, its no longer as comfortable looking and not as padded. yet there are such a great number of in categories and constructive aspects, so its as much as you yet i in my opinion like the Britax. and that i'm uncertain with reference to the 35 lbs... do no longer quote me in this yet i believe some can pass as much as 40-50 lbs. My even flo convertable seat is going as much as 40, and that i endure in ideas seeing some at objective that went to 50, yet those may well be ones that are additionally booster seats for the older little ones like preschoolers.
