I would go. College is important and you might meet people there that you know or make some new friends. I have been to a few college fairs and it is good to check out schools that you are interested in, or to see what schools have to offer you. It is how I decided to go to the college I am at now. Have a good time and I hope this helps you.

Yes. My daughter is in 11th grade. I attended the last college fair at her high school with her...lots of people to talk with, informative...yet, if she HAD gone by herself I'm sure she would have done fine also.

This is your time to awaken more to your future. Simply walk around, take in the room and then head to the tables that spark your interest, talk with people there and gather brochures, information...

Just that you're asking is a sign that you CAN do this yourself. There will be many people there....you'll do fine.

Go. Talk to people, get on their mailing lists. Don't worry about no one to go with - you choose where you go to school, and many of them(your current friends) won't be at the same college as you.

Sure, what do you have to lose? This way, you can leave whenever you want and you can ask questions without worrying about what your friends think. People really DO NOT care or notice if you show up alone. That is a teenage myth. People are way too absorbed in their own lives.

You're still young. Maybe just go for a few minutes and get all the free stuff college reps hand out then bounce.

Yes, you should. I can understand you wanting to have someone to go with BUT college is about you. About your future. So if you don't have someone to go with you, I say go by yourself. This shows confidence in yourself which is a plus. You go girl!!!.

Ehh...just go. You never know what could happen. You could learn something, or see what colleges you want to go to, or you could meet a new friend. Don't stay home and be bored. Just go. You never know what could happen.

YES, this might play into your future choices. You don't need someone to go to this event with. Who knows, maybe you will meet someone cute while you're there. Have fun!
