I am 21 and have always been overweight. About 2 years ago I started eating healthier and lost around 30 or so pounds. I kept it off until I got pregnant with my son, then gained it all back. I decided that this time around I am going to actually try to get in BETTER SHAPE, instead of just losing weight. I started walking and have recently started jogging as much as I can instead of walking. The back of my thighs are really sore. I'm curious if it is ok for me to continue to walk/jog or should i stop and wait until they arent sore anymore. Also if anyone has an other ideas on what to do to speed up the process of losing weight.... Thanks

Keep doing what your doing. My academy had us sore the whole 1st week, and we didn't stop, and even though we did alot every day even though we were sore, it eventually went away. Bottom line. Your body will get used to it. I'm not saying tear yourself down, I'm saying that although your sore, your body will adapt, take it easier but don't stop.

It's okay - you're sore because the exercise is working! Soreness is the sensation of your muscles rebuilding stronger and stronger. Make sure to do plenty of stretching before exercise - this will help to work the soreness out.

I would wait a day or two, then you can start back up.

Try using IcyHot or another sore releiving cream, to relieve the pain
