Can someone give me the files to the pc game (if it is a game)?

The pc game is called mugen (or something like that), so can u give me all the files to that pc game. So I can play it on my computer becuase I cann't find it anywhere

mugen is no longer available through it's creators. It disappeared about 3 years ago without a trace. there is a japanese site that has it for download however.
