I'm an international student in the US and can't decide what type of school to go to. I'm not sure whether I learn better in a small class environment or in big lectures. I desire the individual attention of a small school but still yearn for the internships and other opportunities that big schools offer. have you come across a book that helped you get off the fence?

I'm an undergrad and will be pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS.)

depending on your major,
smaller class environment = harder, more competitive, but you learn more
big lectures = you will see a lot of curves...

On top of my head now, google/yahoo search for these: kaplan, or princeton review.

good luck :)

Excellent private schools and those located in major cities can help you get internships. You're more likely to get them because you are at a small school since your professors will know you better!

I would go to the small school because of the attention you'd receive. But I'm saying this probably because I went to a big school.
