Text messages not appearing?

I have an unlocked Motorola Rizr Z3. Calls work, but I keep getting text messages and they dont say anything, and when i look who it's from it just says "_@_"...thats it. any ideas??

Razr and RIZR, umm call 611 et a new phone store everything to SIM
