Is it possible to get a false negative pregnancy test if you've already had 2 pregnancies that showed positive

I was just wondering if there was anyone else out there thats had more than 1 pregnancy. 1 that showed up on a pregnancy test and the other that wouldn't and u had to go to the doctor and get a blood test. I was just wondering if that was possible.

yes. it might mean you had a miscarriage or its to soon too tell take another test or go get a test from the doctors.

False negative causes:
1) Testing too soon
2) Not following instructions of the test exactly
3) Defective test cassette (rare, but possible)
4) Urine too dilute- most recommend first morning urine specimen
The home pregnancy tests are really accurate and
sensitive these days.

Sometimes the pregnancy test can be old. And also it depends on how high your hcg hormones are at the time. The best way you can tell is by blood and maybe by urine by the 2nd trimester
