if ur like in high school then...thats what im guessing. she's obviously attracted to you and she wants you to like her. if you liked seeing her boobs and if you liked it when she touched you, then i gues you kinda like her already. if you start to like her more (not just her body) then you can oh i dunno start going out? then maybe she will show u her boobs again? lol

Well, she's definitely trying to get your attention. But, if you're not interested in this girl, then tell her right out that you have no interest in her. Give it to her plainly and clear.
What it looks like to me is she's trying to use you and will dump you after she's done using you.
