They're called neck cords.
I can give you the names of some websites that sell them if you need.

Unless your glasses are extremely loose fitting, there's no way they will come off on Simpsons or the Mummy. Possibly on Rip Ride Rockit, or on Hulk or Dueling Dragons at Islands of Adventure. Those would be the only rides to worry about. The Simpsons does jerk, but no, nowhere near hard enough to throw your glasses off. And the Mummy is pretty tame as coasters go, with no loops or anything, so you should be fine. It might like dorky, but you could try one of those string things whatever you call it, that connects to your glasses and goes around your neck. You could put it on just before the ride if you are so worried. Otherwise, if you have a front pocket in your pants (not a back pocket, obviously), you could put them there. You might want to find cargo pants/shorts/capris with the velcro pockets that are down on the leg. If you put them in there, you won't risk sitting on them, and the velcro will NOT fly open.

Having been there three times the large coasters often have storage facilities upon entering the ride capsule. The simpsons ride at no point turns upside down and they have netting in the actual cart which will hold your glasses and any other items really secure. But as i said the large rides that would cause you to loose items usually has storage facilities provided. Have fun!
