how do you know if your psychic?

i think i am psychic..... i am not sure though. every thing i dream comes true!!! i know this seams stupid...... but please no stupic remarks just answers... thanks.

We are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

The subject is complex, and if you're young I can see why you might be confused. Dreaming the future is a form of prophecy, and is a gift, but it's only one type of extra sensory perception.
I can read people, to a certain extent - I'm very good at being able to tell what people do for a living, after only a few seconds of new contact (no words even need to be exchanged). I don't know how I do this, it just happens.
As far as dreaming goes, there is a lot of rubbish published about it. Lucid dreaming is a fascinating topic and you can find good books about that.

Then what you have is precognition, and it is a form of physic energy, and it's not stupid at all. I have it as well, although it happens to me in spurts. I have had dreams that have come true, and I once dreamed something that I made the mistake of sharing with a friend thinking that it was just a dream, and she freaked out, saying that it had happened to her and she wanted to know how I knew. I tried to laugh it off but she was so freaked that I had to simply say drop it. Now I rarely share since I don't want a repeat of that.

I remember every dream I have and usually they do come true. I am also capable of controlling my dreams, for example I can tell myself in my dreams what to do or how to react in a situation. It's exhausting but neat. Sometimes I just want to sleep and don't want to deal with my dreams....so if you're feeling that way, know it's not strange. Good luck with your skill! You'll eventually learn to enjoy it. It's fun.

everyone is psychic to a degree.....we all have a third eye chakra....the real question is can U capitialize off of this ability U have i.e. predict events bigger than yourself....weather...etc.... then U will make some loot .......that is when I would call myself a psychic.....otherwise pop a few tranquilizers and go back to sleep.....the third eye doesn't like being awakened and open in fact it can be darn scary if you don't understand.......it superseedes all of the other chakras..hence the color purple being associated with it.... a much higher vibration in the color spectrum
