I have been with Verizon for 4 years. I have never had any problems with them. I think in the past 4 years, I can count on one hand (maybe both) how many dropped calls I've had. I'm on the family share plan, I get 2100 anytime minutes for 90 bucks a month, including the $10 fee for the second phone. Every two years, they give you a credit of 100 to go towards a new phone. Generally speaking, that'll cover the cost of the phone. The text messaging....I have some ridiculous amount of texts (5000)a month for 20 bucks. I choose to have that because I text alot but you can get 250/mo for 5 bucks. I really like them and I'm pretty sure I will never go anywhere else.

They all have pro's and cons

Verizon has the best service by far, very few dropped calls. But there's NO flexibility with upgrading phones, and the bills are pricey.
