There are many taxis and many companies. You can find a taxi in the streets easily, and they will take you even if they already have a customer, if you are going to the same direction, so just wave at them and as they approach say your destination. There are also many radio-taxis, which you can call and fix an appointment or just call them and they arrive within 15 minutes.

There are no maxi taxis in the way they're meant in the States.
Instead, you can rent a mini van with driver or a limousine with chauffeur for any time period you wish at the following addresses:
