Does this sentence make sence? If not, what is another way to write it, Please help!
"This quality helps me relate to different people's situations which leads me into my next ability."

It's fine as it is, but it would be nice if you said "the situations of different persons." People is actually a singular noun, meaning a group of persons (like the American people, white people, etc.). Since you are talking about different individuals (and referring to something which is individual to each of them), it makes sense to use the plural of person, which is persons (although it is rarely used).

what ability?
by the way, that's spelled sense.
Is this a thing where you had to use specific words in a sentence? If so, you are sooooo far off you aren't even on this planet.
