Does anyone know where to find an eagle rub on transfer that is not childish looking?

I want to put it on my son's wrestling headgear. Not sure exactly what I need (tile decal/mug decal etc). Any information would be appreciated. Thank you

Try all your local craft shops.
You might decoupage over it so it doesn't get scratched by someone's fingernails.
I think I've seen eagles that are to be embroidered on fabric. If they have a glue backing they could be used (Wal*Mart).
