Look for preferences options on your email, usually it's up on the tool bar, then locate the signature, most email has it.

1.when you log in to ur yahoo mail you will find options in the extreme right corner at the top.... click on that and you will find signature in that page ....... go to that and create ur signature by writing a html program and if u want to enhance it go to graphics.com..........
2. if u use outlook...tools--options--mail format--click on signatures..and create a new one......
