There are a few ladies of the evening as well as a few criminals that are attracted by the speeches. So the rallies do have their pros and cons. There is a computer program called " Pimp My Speech " that really puts some zing into the recruitment speeches.

They give free crack to the homeless. The homeless are not add libbing because they are so cranked up with happiness!
