if i have standard and its hard to put in gear what could it be?

its simple how does it feel when you depress the clutch. is it hard or soft. most likely the pressure plate or the whole clutch system are worn out and needs replacement. you can find cheap clutch system on ebay. for any kinda of vehicle.
