cut down on oily & fatty foods, drink a lot of water and get enough sleep.

Pretend to want the sound to come from the top of your head. sounds dumb but it works. Also sing softly at first. It allows your throat to open and helps expand your range possibilty. Try the higher notes in Legato when practicing.

Make sure you keep your jaw WIDELY dropped.......thats always a big help.
Also, try something called "Sirens" I know it sounds stupid, but it really helps to get your vocal chords going
make yourself sound like a fire engine or a police car....make sure you are doing it with your "head" voice or to explain it easier, make sure you can feel the vibrations in your nose.......it really does work. Make sure you warm up a ton, and with practice, you'll be able to sing higher and higher. Good luck!
