You've got to admit, if Taylor Hicks became the American Idol, then you know Sanjaya will. You know, with that peacock head of his & all, and he was safe! On March 28th, 2007. It's ridiculous. Just admit it, of Taylor Hicks was the American Idol, we all know Sanjaya will, too.

I mean, don't get me wrong, Taylor Hicks was ok for me, but Katherine McPhee, I think she should have won, but Sanjaya has to go, even though he won't. I knwow it's bad to admit it about Sanjaya, but...you know, he's going to win.

Sanjaya started singing and the way he looked-my chicken threw up. You know it's bad when he makes your hens sick.

I hope you're on some very powerful drugs right now. To say something like that. Eventually the mindless, squealing teenage girls who are voting in huge numbers for this talentless f*ck will be overruled by everyone who realizes that kid can't sing at all. The show is still a shameless pointless charade of attention seeking media whores and listless saps who give mediocre performances at best and ride on a high of pop-idol pipe dreams. The talent level is almost non-existent and has been from day one of this pathetic show. That won't change, but someone somewhere along the way will come to fully understand that Sanjaya can't sing. Just like everyone else in the shows history is incapable of giving an even half-way decent worthwhile performance.

Sanjaya win this year? Eh...why not? The show sucks this season anyhoo.

Back to AI5: You wanting Kat to win over Taylor is a matter of opinion, I guess. The girl IS very talented (which makes me wonder why they're trying to sell her as a sex kitten - save that for people with NO talent like...oh, I don't know cough*Britney*cough)

But Taylor was 100%, completely UNIQUE. I think Kat, not knowing who she wanted to 'be' week to week, caused her to not have as much appeal. Taylor knew who he was from the gate, never changed up and never tried to emulate anyone else.

I hope Kat does well, though I don't think her future in the music business is going to last too long, as long as they keep shopping her as a sex object instead of an artist.

*I still say she should've gone the sophisticated route and not the pop-princess way*

Actually, Sanjaya sounds more like he'll be the next William Hung. Face it, folks, nothing in the Idol franchise is sacred anymore. Anyone at all can take it.

Taylor was good.
he was full of soul, even though the way he acted was stupid. its a singing competition, and i think that he deserved to win. Sanjaya on the other hand....needs to go home. i honestly dont understand why he is still here. well maybe i do, they have that stupid website where u can vote for the worst singer.

SANJAYA Is a GIRLLLLL!!!!! A GIRLLLLL!!!!!!

Maybe people are just trying to get Simon Cowell to leave since he said he'd quit if Sanjaya won American Idol...

Simon should stay for several reasons, especially since he (sometimes) tells the truth about a singer's ability.

LEAVE SANJAYA!!!! LEAVE!!!

One major leap for blubbering tweenies....

An obvious example that natural selection is NOT at work on American Idol...

A viable reason to change the channel if your tweenie is on restriction from TV.

You have to wonder if Simon is sleeping at nights..or picking up one he** of a drinking habit to deal with listening to Sanjaya all the time (not to mention looking at him..what was that THING he did with his hair to make an orange mohawk?)
