If you are using IE, right click on the icon on your desktop and go to Properties. Click "delete cookies" button. For Firefox, open up the browser and go to Tools->Clear Private Data

Open the Internet Explorer and click on Tools and then Internet Options and you should see it under the General tab.
If you can't find it just go to a shareware or freeware site and download an internet cleaner.
