If it's all connected, as in the driving part is attached to make up one whole vehicle, it's called a Motor Home. Sometimes they even look like a tour bus.
If it's separated from the car/truck/SUV that's towing it, it's called a trailer or 5th Wheel. If it is compacted when a vehicle is towing it, it's most likely a pop-up camper.
The examples above fall under the category of Recreational Vehicles (aka RVs).
One other option is a conversion van, which is a large van that has beds and a fridge and stuff in it.
