It's unfortunate but we do not have any picture showing marked angles. If the two angles are 5x+10 and 4x-1 and they are the acute angles of a right triangle, then:
5x+10 +4x-1 = 90
9x=81
x = 9
So one angle = (9)+10 = 55
and the other = 4(9)-1 = 35

It depends on the picture you're looking at. Are you using supplementary or complementary angles. Or AIA? I need more information to help
