legally--if your under 16---they need a parents concent--if your older you have to sign a waiver from the photographer to use those pics.

It doesnt bother me too much to have my picture taken in public, BUT, if I was a wanted criminal, it would bother me greatly!
Somewhere inside, I sort of feel like it is an invasion of my privacy, and I would want to know WHY it was taken and what they plan on doing with it.
I guess there is no law that says you cant take someones picture in public, but maybe there should be depending on the circumstances.

it does and doesnt bother. if yes, that is when is is for the wrong thing and sometimes people will just want a picture of someone and i am more than pleased to have them take it because they are using in the correct form, but usually, i would not.

I've actually been the one taking the photos. I'm an amateur photographer, and I've actually gotten some great shots this way. If people give me a look, I back off. But you have to let people know you're not cool with it!

if i see someone taking a pic and i happen to get in it, i pick my nose or scratch my balls to ruin the shot
