DSW discount shoe warehouse.... they have great name brand shoes... they also have an amazing clearance section

well, converse www.converse.com is the best selection,
but for reasonable priced probably www.ebay.com or www.zappos.com sometimes Hot Topic sells shoes. www.hottopic.com

Payless, they are awesome even though their prices r going up. Even better they coming out with American Eagle shoes which are so cute!!!!!!!!!!! :)
