Yes you are right, because homosexuality kills, it kills far worse than guns and drugs ever could. (note the sarcasm)
I think homosexuality should be censored just as anything else on T.V , there is no reason to ban it altogether or treat it any differently than heterosexual intimacy on TV. It's a part of our lives, whether you like it or not. I do not see how one can compare guns, violence and drugs, to this...

"WE" do not have to do anything about homosexuality in cartoons and T.V. shows. "YOU" must simply turn off those programs if you are offended.
While I do not care for the excessive portrayal of homosexual behavior on T.V. I choose not to be a "morals cop." I just refuse to watch.
Of course, I also refuse to watch Hannity, Limbaugh, Beck and O'Reilly. Actually, homosexuals have more appeal than this quartet.

Never. Most of the country accepts homosexuals as part of society and is against censorship by self righteous religious moralists.

Hmmm....what are they going to do? Well, I think as the role model situation improves in the way you're noting, the kids in the next generation who start to realize they're gay will be less likely to kill themselves....

For many many years now, every TV made has had a V-chip.
Check your manual for how to block content you feel is inappropriate for your children to see.
Do NOT try to make that decision for every other person (for other people's children or for adults).

Nothing.
Unlike violent crimes and drugs, homosexuality is not illegal.
Even if it were, there's that pesky little Constitutional issue.
You don't get to censor something just because your personal beliefs or your particular religion doesn't like it.
So, if you want to spread your prejudice and bigotry, you're going to have to do it yourself -- not by silencing others.

Simple solution: You don't like it, you don't watch it.
Don't presume that what you believe is appropriate is what everyone should believe is appropriate.
