in any guildwars game how do you get into the top ranked guilds like virtual dragons or there is a cow lv?

if they haven't changed anything since i last played .. it works just as any other guild. you need an invite from an officer. you might be able to check out their guild HP and see if they tell you anything more specific.
observe some of their guild battles and see if one of them is observing it too. might be a way of making contact.
plus: best chances to find people is in the major towns where everybody is selling or good running towns.
