NO! I am annoyed by this 2. I spent like a year finding a program where u can have a real website. Sadly The only thing I found was that u can go 2 wetpaint.com and u can get a free website, but it comes out like for example girlspace.wetpaint.com

Yes, it is extremely easy to set up. The cPanel is very well setup and it can pre-install a tonne of software by itself if you so choose (forums, chat programmes, counters, etc). Good luck :).

you have to purchase the domain name. then you have to find a site that will host it for free (good luck) but for 3.95 per month you might as well get a cheap web hosting package at www.canaca.com.

you can go to myspace, facebook, or i used to angelfire, if its still around. then you can find a website that lets you have free urls and that way you can link it to your page and have it like for example:
www.girlspace.com will route you to www.myspace.com/girlspace
use a search engine like Webcrawler.com and find a site that gives out free url addresses. sry...dont remember site names!
