I don't think tickets are cheap in Chicago or anywhere in the US.
I know how to get Police tickets though.
Speed on the highway, drive without lights on, Run redlights, & not buckle up.

I think the cheapest tickets for that concert at Wrigley field is $54.00. Instead of going through a ticketbroker and paying way too much money, try going through the box office.
