There's no cheat for cars.
There are no cars in the original sims. And you need the nightlife expansion for cars in sims 2.

If you're talking about the original Sims:
Filled up, as in rich?
rosebud
Press the CTRL key, the Shift key, and the C key on the keyboard at the same time. A grey box pop ups. Type rosebud. Press enter. This cheat gives you 1,000 simoleons. Keep doing it and your Sims will be living the goodlife!
And the only way to get cars on the original Sims is to download them.

What do you mean by filled up? anyway, but to get cars, you need to have the Sims 2 Nightlife Expansion pack.

if it is the motives you want max out: maxmotives
You dont need a cheat to have cars, you just need the right expansion pack which is Nightlife.
