It has not officially been cancelled as of now. However, the CW is not likely to renew it
It's not coming back until May 2nd due to the PussyCats Dolls getting high ratings on their show.

well i heard that the seach for the next pussycat doll got high ratings and they moved one tree hill all the way to may 2nd :(
i know its a long time.
oh well.

It was most likely canceled because it was losing ratings. I never felt the desire to watch that show (it seemed really pathetic).

It was canceled due to poor ratings. There's talk of bringing back Everwood to run in its place.
