what really works? and something that is not too expensive, i am still in highschool i cant spend that much mother wont let me.

You could try Listerine Whitening Mouthwash. I use it everyday and it makes my teeth whiter. It only costs about $3-6 but there is also a generic brand which are usually a little cheaper. Just use it before you brush your teeth in the morning and at night. You can tell the difference in the shade of your teeth in a couple of days.

Using too much toothpaste can actually damage your teeth. You should be using a tiny pea sized amount. There are some decent over the counter products for whitening, just remember they are actually chemicals and extended use will weaken your enamel.
Some folks recommend hydrogen peroxide but be aware that if you have any sort of infection in your gums or teeth, you can actually drive the infection under your teeth causing very painful problems.

I use the Listerine whitening mouthwash. You use it before brushing. Its not that expensive and works really well! I had bleach trays a long time ago, but the bleach is too expensive. I'm really happy with this product!

Try Hydrogine Peroxide. I'v been doing it for years and it works, and its what all those expesive teeth whitening people use. Just brush your teeth normaly, then pour some peroxide on your tooth brush, brush normaly let it sit for about 30 seconds, then rinse.

one box of $20 crest white strips will work, i dunno, but $20 was pretty easy for me to come by in high school. they are easy to use, and work very very well. you just need the plain original 14 day white strips. sometimes you can find them on sale for like $15. they work, and you will have beautiful white teeth, people still think i have awesomely white teeth, and its been forever since i last did my touch up.

I found renew strips to be the best..Why dont you babysit or find a part time job then you can save up to buy things you want
