a. HF is a binary acid (4). Binary because of the fact there are purely 2 factors and an acid via H atom. it is termed Hydrofluoric Acid. b. CH3OH is alcohol(5) via OH. it is in many situations written as CH4O, Methanol c. LiBr is a binary covalent compound (3) - no longer quite very specific in this one so please do no longer take my word. in spite of if it is termed Lithium Bromide. d. NH4Cl is termed Ammonium Chloride. that is going to likely be (2) because of the fact it has ions in it. e. C2H6 is termed ethane. i might mentioned that is a binary ionic compound (a million). in spite of if that's the two between that or (3) and that i'm no longer quite specific. =[ Sorry. f. BF3 is termed Boron Trifluoride and that i'm particularly specific is a binary acid (4) g. H2SO4 is termed Sulfuric Acid and is classed as (6), and oxyacid.
