These are called hidden Mickey's. Some are very obvious and not so "hidden" while others are hidden. there is a/are book/s Hidden Mickeys, 3rd Edition: A Field Guide to Walt Disney World's Best-Kept Secrets (Hidden Mickeys: A Field Guide to Walt Disney World's Best Kept Secre) by Steven M. Barrett and if you do a yahoo search you will find lots of web sites that have information about them.

They are there... I've seen the one in the Haunted Mansion (plates set in a mickey head on the table in the dinning room), and one on Pirates (holes on a wall where the cannons are firing from to the ship). I've heard of more but really didn't look much the last time I was there.

there are hundreds all over the park.
during the 50th anniversary celebration there were 50 golden mickeys all over the park my mom an i found all of them it was fun.
