There was a movie in the late 80's about a famous stripper. Does anyone remember it?

I think the actress had a name like Linda Bugdonvitch or something like that. There was a scene of her driving a 58 Cadillac thru the French Quarter of New Orleans. Does anyone remember this movie?

The movie was called "Blaze". It starred Lolita Davidovitch as the stripper Blaze Starr, and Paul Newman as Earl K. Long, the governor of Louisiana.
