In my opinion, "white vinegar" is a great cleaner and it's safe you don't have those harsh fumes to breath like from other cleaners you buy at the grocery store. Just fill a dishpan with warm water and add a cup of white vinegar to this and and get to work! Rinse and dry. That's it! Good luck.

Wear gloves, and fill the sink or use a bucket full of warm water with about 1/2 cup bleach. Use a washrag that you don't care about and it will slowly come off. Don't scrub because you'll take off the paint or wallpaper, just go over a second time after the grease starts to soften & dissolve. This has always worked for me, and it's economical.

Get a spray bottle- use 1 part vinegar and 3 parts water. Mix it- spray it on the wall and leave it alone. Wipe it down the next morning with a soft sponge or magic eraser. This mixture can be used on windows, counters, appliances, etc. I use it on everything..except carpets.

I use orange cleaning spray, like Fantastic. It cuts through grease pretty good.
