FastPass is a free system that Disney has that enables you to use your Park Ticket on specific attractions to get a ticket to return later in the day. When you return you can skip the regular line and have a minimal wait(generally 5-10 minutes).

I have never heard of a "Super" FastPass", you might be talking about the "Dream" FastPass. This is one of the giveaways for the Year of a Million Dreams Promotion. What it basically is, is a FastPass for 1 use on each FastPass Attraction to be used anytime during the day. Unlike a regular FastPass where you are limited to 1 FastPass at a time and can not use it until the time printed on the FastPass.

These are given out Randomly during the day so it is just a luck of the draw to get one.

There also used to be something called Enhanced FastPasses that were part of the AAA Vacation Packages, they basically let you get more than 1 FastPass at a time, but the return time requirements were still used. I think they discontinued this a couple of years ago though.

A Fastpass a Disneyland is where you put your ticket inside machines [not all of the rides have Fastpass] and you get a little slip saving your place in line while you go someplace else. On the slip it will say: 6:00-7:15 or something like that. During those times, you can go into a special line that allows you to cut in front of everyone else.

A Super FastPass allows you to jump to the front of the line instead of waiting. It really is great to have one because you dont have to wait in the long lines!

The Fast Pass enables you to get a pass to go to the head of the line at a specific time. You have to stay at one of their resorts, though. They give you a card that shows you are staying there and you use that in the Fast Pass machine. It gives you a ticket with a timeframe on when to return. Also, it's not on all the rides, just the more popular ones.
