how do u know if ur pretty. i dont really get guys asking me out, i have a little bit of pimples, but not alot of people say i am pretty. i feel unloved (by a guy) and not pretty. and no matter how much affort i put into my looks, i am a dork and still get no guys!! *sigh* :( any answers are welcome, but only if they help.

Asking people is a little difficult. It's hard to tell anyone who wants to know if they are pretty that they are ugly unless you are a total prick in which case you'd tell them they are dog ugly ... but in any case all this stuff is coloured by personality and what you want and what you think the other person wants etc.

Of course your parents are going to say you are pretty
Any friends who are decent friends are going to say you are pretty

Go with an impartial rating.

Now the other thing to remember is that pretty doesn't always mean appeal. There is a big confidence factor.

This is stuff you have to work on. Positive self esteem reinforcement. Getting out there and doing social things - dance class - tennis - any sort of group activity.

A girl who looks exactly like Jessica Alba might think she's not pretty ... and not get guys. This would not be because she isn't pretty. Her rating would be pretty high, but she wouldn't have confidence.

Same with me...ur not alone in this world. You know if you're pretty if you can look at yourself in the mirror and not judge anything. No matter what everyone is pretty, there is some one out there for everyone and even though they don't make the move to talk to you right now, it doesn't mean that they don't want to be with you or think you're ugly....give it time and be fun, and yourself....that's my advice, hope it helps and i hope all goes well.

Beauty begins inside! The real beauty starts within! Every person defines beauty in their own definitions. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Not being asked out may having nothing to do with looks alone. Maybe you need to approach them :) But, someone will admire you for being yourself. That is the one you should admire :) YOU DON'T NEED A MAN TO BE BEAUTIFUL OR Loved! Remember you are a gem always!

I'am sorry to hear that you think that sad way about yourself how you look ? you know that nobody out on all over the world isnt prefectly good looking of outside of them its the inside counts that its true matters . plus dont even listen those kind boys saying those mean and rude about how you arent looking pretty . i bet that so many other girls says the same things about themselves sometimes. dont feel sad and upset even dont even believe those kind of guys that doesnt have anything nice to say to a girl . cause i know many men out there arent even cutie or handsome looking some of them are so ugly looking that they didnt end up even takeing care of theirself and healths .cause they always end up beingin fat or chubby and lazy just only thinking of not even try to get a jobs by their self or even try to loss some pounds. but any how, i dont think you look ugly person i think you sound very nice and special girl . and dont feel worrying that you hadnt have any one to be in youre life yet. but you know sooner and later or some day you will find the right guy for you who wouldnt tease or even treat you like nothing and dont even care how you look like . i hope that some where out there a new guy will come up to and say youre pretty girl and willlin liking you who you are not how you look like . most guys has their own type of women not all guys has same taste of women by their colors skins, hairs colors , shapes, weights and heights even how do they do dress in . so just be yourself and stand up yourself and dont let any men whom going be a stupid or even dumb not even gave you a chance for onces . i bet you can find some good nices singles guys like at the church , or at work , even meet some at the singles phone line where many singles ladies for free willin have second chance their lifes to meet some single men thats live in youre same states and or even close to youre town that willlin meet you in person . dont worried if doesnt work out for you then you can still keep going and find the mr. right for you to spend the whole life with you and have relationship with . you find osme singles men at the markets, the flea markets, malls, or ask youre close females friends just help you out to find a good and nice guy that is still single and is also looking for someone to go out with on a adate.

if you think you're not pretty then you're not. you have to be confident with your appearance and dont worry about how you look. complaining about your looks is a turn off to guys.
