Mix white vinegar with Water 1:1 ratio. I have used this for years. Place in a spray bottle and clean the microwave. spray on carpets stains then rub with clean cloth will not leave a residue. Makes the house smell fresh too. I use on my stove cuts the grease there for me. Happy cleaning

If you're looking for a good degreaser you can make yourself, mix Lye and amonia with small amounts of dish soap. It's very cheap to purchase these products as well if you don't have them laying around.

If you want a commercial degreaser, pretty much anything with citrus in it would be most effective. You can find these types of products pretty much anywhere you go, try Canadian Tire or other home-based big box stores.

I'm sure you have something already good under the sink. Try ammonia, used according to directions, or Fantastik, which is a pretty good all around cleaner.

A strong window cleaner would work too, or any good all-purpose cleaner. I'm sure you don't want to use any abrasives to scratch the surface, to keep it nice and shiny. You can also make a paste out of baking soda and a little bit of water; it needs a little rubbing, but it dissolves grease pretty well.

If you are in the kitchen, then you have a tongue.
It will clean the grease. Be careful though. Those burners are very hot !!
