frankly i think stupidity, i think many parents are not providing clean safe homes.i think they are abused and molested and neglected by parents are caregivers who are drunk stoned or high on some kind of crap and they dont care and and cant be bothered with taking care of their kids.thats why so many kids die and are in danger.it is an epidemic that parents think they need to be their kids friend- wrong your job is to be a parent thats what they need from you.you must be the adult the child cannot.grow up people!

There are so many. I would have to say hunger, abuse, and accidents. Poor children :'(
