Please someone tell me what I should do. I want them to have a good time, but I don't want to be in trouble if they get hurt.

Whoever serves the alcohol is responsible. Why would you want to serve alcohol to minors? You're just asking for trouble

Yes, especially if they are underage. If you aunt owns the house she can also get into trouble because she is the owner or the renter of the house. If you host the party, I would definitely explain to your cousin that you are not going to risk being arrested for serving underage kids and your not going to risk your aunts situation either. If she gets mad, oh well. better her be mad at you know versus something happening.

Underage drinking there is a fine for that and maybe even alittle jail time! Well in PA its a $1,000 fine for every person drinking Underage. And these kids being 16 and drinking there could be a possibility of death if one of them drink to much or decide to drive! So I would say no to the booze or it's your a$$!

yes if they get caught and ur over 21 u will have to pay like a couple hundered dollers for each underage drinker but if ur not over 21 and ur aunt is and she KNEW about it shell have to pay but if she didnt the kids will prolly be put on trial and might have to do community service/pay a fine/or go to juvy if they dont trial as adults
but if u really want to host this make sure no one leaves the house drunk
and dont let word get outa hand
well have fun!

Whoever's house they are at is responsible for them. Honestly, most people will say don't host it. But if you, have them drink from plastic cups. No cans or bottles.
