Will the blood test be accurate 10 days after possible conception?

Will it be accurate if you have a light period that lasts maybe like 3 days?

A blood test can be done as early as 10 days past ovulation as long as it is not simply the yes or no test. It has to be the quantitative test that shows the exact numbers. It will be accurate whether or not you had your period. If you had a period and you are not pregnant then it will be negative, if the "period" you had was just implantation bleeding or spotting, then it will still be positive if you are pregnant.
