The constant that the others reference is Voltage (or V)

V = I * R

V = 18 * .25 = 4.5 volts.

Current (I) inversely proportional to Resistance (R):
I = K/R (K = constant)
K = 4.5 volts
Here, K is 'Volts'

constant = lR = 0.25(18) = 4.5

R l = 4.5 or R = 4.5 / l or l = 4.5 / R

I = k/R

.25 = k/18

k = 18*.25 = 4.5

I = 4.5/R <-----answer
