Why do some good people have shite for luck all their lives, and why do some evil people have fortune and are able to elude having responsibility for the damage they have done?

Well Stalin died in strange circumstances, with the total number of people he killed via his state apparatus being unknown and possibly underestimated, Sadam met his comeuppance in a way that he would find familiar given his knowledge of how to control and use people especially his fellow countrymen. Mother Teresa the ultimate symbol of goodness and kindness received the recognition that she deserved but not necessarily wanted. Sure what goes around comes around, but evil people occasionally have a magnitude of intellectual awareness that is not so forthcoming in other areas which allows them to elude their supposed dastardly ending(s), ie they kill off all their opponents etc etc hence live the good life and a long life at that. Good people are happy to put up with what life throws at them, they don't take shortcuts and they don't cut people up with manipulation: possible examples of how the world works occasionally.

My personal theory, which is flawed in several aspects but makes sense to me.
so there are some really good people out there who do get what they deserve and some bad people who get what they deserve. and it also works the way you explained.
i think that people get what they get (whether they deserved it or not) because they are capable of living through it. For example, the woman who has to raise three children on her own and hardly has money for food and rent at the end of the month is capable of surviving through all that madness. Whereas if you were to put a woman who gets what she wants in that situation, she would falter.
So, nothing terrible has happened to some people because they wont be able to cope with it.........
like i said, it's flawed but when is there NOT an exception?

I hate to start a sentence with because , but it is because people are illogical , and self centred . To be safe they will support the bully or the one who has might is right .
The world is not rewarding as a Meritocracy but a Dumbocracy. Whatever expedient thing rewards people . whether thy deserve it or not .
But I always look forward to the Bird flu it will wipe out a lot of scum from all levels of society , but only for a sort period of time
Remember Scum also rises as well as Cream

good people are given shite for luck because they are soooo good that they are up for any shitey challenge that is thrown at them and can handle it and figure it out. in the other hand if evil people were given shite then they wouldn't know what to do with it and they will fucke up the entire planet!
...but what about bush?

Girl I hear you! It isn't fair ...as for luck I suppose it depends on where you are at what time. Sometimes people just get things easily while others have to work really hard for it...i'm one of the people who have to work really hard and EVEN THEN I may not get what I want...I suppose what keeps me going is believing that there will be some reward for all my hard work in the future.

Its the classic bully theory, when people are suppressed they go unoticed regadless of talent or worth and then you have the bully, who often finds themselves the centre of attention maby for the wrong reasons but the centre non the less so luk finds them through other people and the good are left unoticed because of it.
