No fake vampire fangs will puncture skin.
Go to the dentist and get caps that will.
I suggest you don't bite anyone, though. Vampires in the movie can get away with it.
Humans cannot, however. If they bite someone the person they chose as prey will most likely get sepsus, and could die.

The dentist. Assuming that's not quite what you had in mind, the best one's i've found came from Ricky's of Hollywood although you can get them almost anywhere that has body jewelery, hair dye, and costume pieces that require spirit gum. Get the resin ones that don't require glue. You can re-use them and they're much easier to deal with than the glue in kind. (although I have had some luck with the glue in kind- but discard the glue they come with and use denture adhesive.)

If you're really seriously into body modification like that, you may be able to get permanent implants from an orthodontist or have your canines filed down (you may regret it later in life, though)
